Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this 30-day period. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In the same condition you received it
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you to confirm we’ve got the item and update you on the refund status. If approved, we’ll issue your refund using the original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility and may be deducted from your refund, and we cannot accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit—please consider using insured, trackable shipping.
